From Diapers to Desire – our newest series! Many of you are brand new parents and are in the middle of all things baby, which is not very sexy! In the first video of this series, listen as Angela talks about the things that are normal that slow down desire, the things that are not, and what you should do to keep desire alive with your partner.

How to Close the Circle of Conflict

Whenever conflict has happened, it is important to talk through what has happened and find a way to a solution and a way to make peace and move forward. Listen as Angela talks more about this here.

Many couples don’t have a good way to come back together after a conflict. This video covers a variety of ways couples can make peace after a conflict. You don’t just go back to normal. You need to feel connected and safe again. Some couples share a hug. Some couples say, “I forgive you.” Ultimately, there needs to be understanding about how to make life peaceful again.
