Many people ask me how long it will take for them to work through an affair. The truth is it may take some time. Some of my couples opt to do an all day intensive because this gives them a chance to talk through everything. The reality is that one day still probably won’t be enough. The average couple working through an infidelity will see me around 3 months to one year.
