Many people come to therapy are told they need to share their emotions. For some, this feels like a daunting task. Sharing feelings was not a common thing growing up. Perhaps the idea of talking about feelings sounds like a nightmare. I have even had clients who honestly are not in touch with their feelings. In this video, we discuss ways clients can learn to share how they feel by first recognizing when they have feelings.
